FARM LOCATION: The farm is generally located 2 miles East of Roseville, IL on Route 116 to 90^th Street (Fairview Center Road) then North ¾ of a mile.

PLAT LOCATION: 40.50 surveyed acres selling in 1 tract located in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Roseville Township (T.9N.- R.2W.), Warren County, IL.
