TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase prices to be paid down at time of sale with balance due at closing on or before March 3, 2021. Buyers will receive full possession for the 2021 crop year. Title insurance will be provided. The 2020 real estate taxes payable in 2021 will be paid by the seller.
