TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale. Tract 1 closing on December 21, 2023. Tract 2 closing on January 5, 2024. Buyers will receive full possession at the closings for the 2024 crop year. Title insurance will be provided. The 2023 real estate taxes payable in 2024 will be paid by the seller.
