SALE PROCEDURE: Tracts 1, 2 and 3 will be offered by bidder’s choice whereby the high bidder has the privilege of selecting any individual tract, any combination of tracts or all three tracts. In the event that less than all three tracts are selected in the first session, the remaining tract(s) will be offered by the same method until all three tracts are sold.

 

 

TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due at closing on or before December 14, 2022. Buyers will receive full possession of all tracts at the closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 will be paid by the seller. Bidders must have financing arrangements made prior to participating in the auction.
