FARM LOCATION: The farm is generally located ½ mile east of Route 135 on East Main Street in Little York, IL to 260th Ave. then continue east ½ mile to the farm.

 

 

 

PLAT LOCATION: 98.29 surveyed acres selling in 1 tract located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Sumner Township (T.12N.- R.3W.), Warren County, IL.

 

PARCEL ID NUMBERS: 15-021-005-10 and 15-052-006-10

 

TAXES: $3,897.78 – $39.65 per acre

 

DESCRIPTION: The tract lies level to undulating and presently features 94 +/- tillable acres. Primary soil types consist of Lawson, Zook and Radford silt loams with a PI rating of 131.5. There is a small drainage ditch across the southwest corner of the farm and the north boundary is the centerline of Cedar Creek. Tile maps indicate a clay tile main and laterals were installed in 1975 and a 10” plastic main and riser were installed in 2018.
