The Grand Trust Farm is located 5 miles east of Monmouth, IL or 7 miles west of Galesburg, IL on Route 164 to 130th Street then 1 mile north. The property is on the southeast corner of the intersection of 130th St. and 230th Ave. as is described as the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Coldbrook Township (T.11N.-R.1W.), Warren County, Illinois. TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due at closing on or before March 24, 2022. Buyers will receive full possession at the closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2021 real estate taxes payable in 2022 will be paid by the seller. Bidders must have financing arrangements made prior to participating in the auction.
