PROPERTY LOCATION: 1189 Golf Course Road, Avon, IL 61415, adjacent to Little Swan Lake, in Section 24, Swan Township and Section 19, Greenbush Township, Warren County, Illinois. The tracts are located west of Little Swan Lake, a desirable lake community, within minutes of Galesburg and Macomb and within an hour of Peoria and the Quad Cities!

TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due at closing on or before April 25, 2018. Full possession will be given at closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2018 real estate taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing.
