FARM LOCATION: The Lee Farm is located 5 miles south of Roseville, IL on Route 67 to 20th Ave., 4 miles west to 20th St. then 1 mile north or 3 miles west of Route 67 on the Raritan Road (40th Ave.) to 30th Street, 1 mile south to 30th Ave. then 1 mile west. TERMS: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before March 15, 2019. Full possession for the 2019 farming season will be given at the closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2018 real estate taxes payable in 2019 will be paid by the sellers.
