FARM LOCATION: The Peake Estate Farm consists of 80.46 surveyed acres, subject to final survey, located 3 miles South of Monmouth, IL on Route 67 to 160th Ave. then 1.5 miles East in the West Half  of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Lenox Township (T.10N.-R.2W.), Warren County, Illinois. The farm has frontage on 160th Ave. and 80th Street.

DESCRIPTION: The tract lies level to gently rolling and presently consists of 74.9 FSA cropland acres. The balance of the acreage includes the building site and a small creek running through the south part of the farm.  The tract is improved with a nice Morton 42’ x 64’ pole building. The primary soil types of the cropland are Osco, Radford, Elco and Muscatune silt loams with a PI rating of 133.1. The property is well located close to Monmouth with good blacktop road frontage.
