FARM LOCATIONS: Tracts 1-7 are located 5 miles West of Monmouth, IL on Route 164 to Route 135 then 1.5 miles North in Sections 16, 17 and 21, Hale Township (T.11N.-R.3W.), Warren County, IL. The tracts have frontage on Route 135 and 210th Ave.

TRACT 1 – 81.73 ACRES
