GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Myers Farm consists of 397.29 surveyed acres, more or less, located in Sections 18 and 19, Cedar Township, Knox County, IL and in Sections 12, 13 and 24, Floyd Township, Warren County, IL. The property is generally located 4.5 miles south of Galesburg, IL on Route 41 to County Hwy. 26 then 2 miles west to the Knox-Warren County line. Tract 1 is located on County Hwy. 26/165th Ave. Tracts 2-5 are located 1 mile south of County Hwy. 26/ 165th Ave. on the Knox-Warren County line (West Knox Road/180th St.)  The tracts feature productive cropland, mature timber, Cedar Fork Creek, premier hunting and recreation.

TRACT 5: 134.65 ACRES (M/L) – Tract 5 is located directly east of Tract 4 at the end of West Knox Road. The parcel consists of 31.42 +/- cropland acres with the balance in remote timber and grassland. Primary soil types are Rozetta, Orion, Keomah and Hickory silt loams with a PI rating of 111.0.
