In the event one tract is selected the remaining tract will then be sold. Tracts 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be sold individually in order and will not be offered in combination.
TERMS: Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase prices to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before March 23, 2020. Tract 6: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before April 23, 2020. All Tracts: Full possession will be given at the closings.
