SALE PROCEDURE: Tracts 1, 2 and 3 will be offered by bidder’s choice wherein the high bidder has the privilege of selecting any individual tract, any combination of tracts or all 3 tracts. In the event that less than all 3 tracts are selected in the first session, the remaining tracts will be offered by the same method until all 3 tracts have been sold.

Tract 4 – The Country Home with approximately 6 acres will be sold individually.

Tracts 5, 6 and 7 will be offered by bidder’s choice wherein the high bidder has the privilege of selecting any individual tract, any combination of tracts or all 3 tracts. In the event that less than all 3 tracts are selected in the first session, the remaining tracts will be offered by the same method until all 3 tracts have been sold.

TERMS: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase prices to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before January 8, 2019. Full possession will be given at the closing, with the exception of the use of the grain bins located on Tract 5 which will be reserved until August 31, 2019.Title insurance will be provided. The 2018 real estate taxes payable in 2019 will be paid by the seller.
