FARM LOCATION: The Deer Crest Farm consists of 246.27 surveyed acres selling in 1 tract located 3 miles East of Biggsville, IL on Route 34 in the South Half of Section 13, Biggsville Township (T.10N.-R.4W.), Henderson County, IL. The land is located on the Henderson-Warren County line 9 miles west of Monmouth, IL or 20 miles east of Burlington, Iowa on Route 34.

DESCRIPTION: The farm lies level to gently rolling and presently consists of 240.04 FSA tillable acres. The primary soil types of the cropland are Muscatune, Osco, Fayette and Rozetta silt loams with a Productivity Index Rating of 132.7. There are currently 7.60 acres of the cropland enrolled in CRP at a rental rate of $202.00 per acre. The CRP contract expires 9/30/2029. The non-tillable land includes grass and timbered waterways.
