FARM LOCATION: The Kettelkamp Farm consist of 238.20 surveyed acres to be offered in 3 tracts located 2 miles East of Stronghurst, IL on Road 800N or 2 miles South of Media, IL on Route 116 to Road 800N then 2 miles West in Sections 28 and 29, Media Township (T.9N.-R.4W.), Henderson County, IL.

TRACT 1 – 80.38 ACRES

Tract 1 is located 2 miles east of Stronghurst on Road 800N to Road 1700E then one-half mile south in the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Media Township. Tract 3 is located directly west of and contiguous to Tract 2 in the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Media Township. The parcel has frontage on Road 800N. Tract 3 lies level to undulating and is all tillable with the exception of a small grass waterway. Primary soil types are Muscatune, Osco and Greenbush silt loams with a PI rating of 141.6.

SALE PROCEDURE: Tracts 1, 2 and 3 will be offered by the bidder’s choice method of marketing wherein the high bidder has the privilege of selecting any individual tract, any combination of tracts or all 3 tracts. In the event that less than all of the tracts are selected in the first session, the remaining tracts will be offered by the same method until all 3 tracts have been sold.
