FARM LOCATION: The Goss Farm consists of 231.95 surveyed acres, to be offered in 3 tracts located in Sections 26 and 27, Sparta Township (T.12N.-R.2E.), Knox County, IL. TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before April 14, 2020. Full possession will be given at the closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2019 real estate taxes payable in 2020 will be paid by the sellers.
