The Dalton Estate Property features 211 acres (m/l), subject to final survey, to be sold in 2 tracts located Northwest of Abingdon and Southwest of Galesburg, IL.

TRACT 1- 104.05 ACRES

Tract 1 is located 5 miles South of Galesburg or 4 miles North of Abingdon, IL on Route 41 to County Road 26 (1050N), 3 miles West to 170th Street then 2 miles South. The farm has frontage on 172nd Street and is located in the North Half of Section 24, Floyd Township, (T.10N.-R.1W.), Warren County, Illinois.
