In the event one tract is selected, the remaining tract will then be sold. Tract 3 will be sold individually at the conclusion of the auction.
TERMS: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase prices to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before December 14, 2018. Title insurance will be provided. The 2018 real estate taxes payable in 2019 will be paid by the seller.
