The tracts are generally located one-half mile west of the junction of Routes 34 & 67 south of Monmouth, IL on Route 34 to 60th Street then 1.5 miles south or 2 miles south of the junction of Routes 34 & 67 south of Monmouth, IL on Route 67 to 160th Ave. then 1 mile west or 3 miles east of Kirkwood, IL on 160th Ave.

TRACT 1 – 60.16 ACRES located in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Tompkins Township (T.10N.-R.3W.), Warren County, Illinois. PIN: 1301200700. The parcel lies level to gently rolling and presently features 58.80 FSA cropland acres with the balance consisting of a small grass waterway.
