FARM LOCATION: The property is located one-half mile east of Prairie City on Route 41 to Road E2400 then 1 mile south or 4 miles north of Bushnell on Route 41 to Road N2200, 1 mile east to Road E2400 then one-half mile north.

PLAT LOCATION: 80.13 surveyed acres, located in the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Prairie City-Bushnell Township (T.7N.-R.1W), McDonough County, IL.

DESCRIPTION: Tract 1 lies level to undulating and is all tillable. Primary soil type of the cropland is Osco silt loam with a PI rating of 137.2. The parcel is exceptionally well located and has been well very maintained.

FARM LOCATION: The property is located 5 miles west of Avon on the Little Swan Lake Road to 130th St. then ¼ mile south.
