FARM LOCATION: The Bulman Farm is located 4 miles south of Cameron, IL on County Road 15 (140th St.), being 11 miles SE of Monmouth or 12 miles SW of Galesburg, in Section 21, Floyd Township (T.10N.-R.1W.), Warren County, Illinois. The property will be offered in 3 contiguous tracts.

 

 

 

 

 

TRACT A: 80.32 ACRES

Tract A lies level to gently rolling and presently features 58.74 (m/l) cropland acres. The balance of the parcel consists of fenced pasture, creek providing an ample water supply, feed lot and a 45’x100’ cattle building. Primary soil types of the cropland are Osco and Assumption silt loams with a PI rating of 130.2. Tract A has frontage on 140th Street. NOTE: The survey has confirmed that Tracts B and C are connected by a 40.5’ wide strip of land that is included in Tract C. The lane runs from the NW corner of main portion of Tract C directly west to the NE corner of Tract B.
