FARM LOCATION: The Legate Farm consists of 142.78 surveyed acres to be offered in 2 tracts located 4 miles north of Galesburg, IL on Route 150 to Moshier Hill Road (#2250N) then 3 miles west or 2 miles west of Rio on Road 2700N to West Knox Road then 4 miles south or 4 miles east of Alexis on 300th Ave. to 160th St., 1 mile south to 290th Ave. then 2 miles east in Sections 1 and 12, Kelly Township (T.12N.-R.1W.), Warren County, Illinois.
