The Calderone Family Farm consists of 136.06 surveyed acres, subject to final survey, to be offered in 2 tracts located 7 miles North of Galesburg, IL on Route 150 to Knox Hwy. 35 (Road 2500N-Ontario Blacktop) then 2.5 miles East in the North Half Section 36, Rio Township (T.13N.-R1E.), Knox County, Illinois. The tracts have frontage on Knox Hwy. 35 (2500N) and Interstate 74.

TRACT 1 – 54.12 ACRES

Tract 1 is located on the west side of the I74 overpass along the Ontario Road. The parcel lies level to gently rolling and presently consists of approx. 36.35 tillable acres. TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase prices to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before December 20, 2019. Full possession will be given at closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2019 real estate taxes payable in 2020 will be paid by the sellers.
