FARM LOCATION: 6 miles west of Monmouth, IL on Route 164 or 1 mile east of the Warren-Henderson County line on Route 164 on the southwest corner of 10th Street.

 

PLAT LOCATION: 80.36 surveyed acres described as the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Hale Township (T.11N.-R.3W.), Warren County, IL.

 

DESCRIPTION: The farm lies level and is all tillable with the exception of the location of one silo which could easily be removed and converted to cropland. FSA records indicate 79.23 cropland acres featuring highly productive Muscatune, Sable and Osco silt loam soils with an exceptionally strong PI rating of 145.
