In the event that less than all five tracts are selected in the first session, the remaining tracts will be offered by the same method until all five have been sold. Tract 6 – The Homestead will sold individually at the conclusion of the auction.

TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase prices to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before December 12, 2018. Title insurance will be provided. The 2018 real estate taxes payable in 2019 will be paid by the seller. The Warren County farm is being surveyed and the final acreages will be available prior to the auction.
