TRACT 1 – 35 ACRES (M/L)

Tract 1 is located 1.5 miles north of Williamsfield on Route 180 to Road 1650N, 1 mile west to Road 2175E then 1/8 mile south in the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Truro Township (T.11N.-R.4E), Knox County, Illinois. The parcel lies undulating to gently rolling and presently consists of 31.38 +/- tillable acres.
